Delivery and Shipping
*Please note once ordering allow up to 14 business days to have your order made, packaged and ready for shipment.*
Orders will be processed as soon as possible.

- Postage within Australia usually takes between 1-10 business days.
- International Shipping usually takes between 2-20 business days.
- Please ensure that you provide a secure daytime address. (Signature upon delivery only).
- Delivery time frames are estimates and do not take into account processing times and transit delays.
- Please note that current deliveries may be impacted by the COVID-19 Virus, so please be patient.
- Free Domestic Delivery for eligible suburbs in Boorloo (Perth) (See eligibility when entering address in checkout.)
- Standard $10 delivery fee for other Australian domestic orders under $200.
- Free Australian domestic delivery for all orders $200 and over.
- Standard $15 fee for all express orders.
- Standard $35 fee for all international orders.
Processing and Delivery Times
- Deliveries will be processed as soon as possible and you will receive a confirmation email when delivery is shipped with tracking information.
- Processing and delivery times are subject to delay during public holiday and holiday periods.
- Delivery to regional and rural addresses may take longer.
- Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly. Makins takes no responsibility for missing parcels due to an address entered incorrectly.
- Please ensure that your address is secure for daytime delivery.
- If your parcel does not arrive in the estimate delivery time, please contact us and we can launch an enquiry with the delivery company, please note the current delays due to COVID-19.
We hope that you are happy with your items but in the case you’re unhappy, please read our following returns policy and information on how to return your order.
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Package must be shipped back to Makins within 14 days of your delivery date, at your own cost.
- Any returns exceeding 14 days will not be accepted.
- It is recommended you use a traceable service; Makins is not responsible for package loss.
- Items must be returned clean with no makeup, fake tan or perfume stains.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed and with all original tags attached.
- Returns will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the garment.
- Refunds will be automatically processed back via your original payment method and store credits will be issued via gift card.
- Exchanges are subject to availability of the product and are shipped free of charge.
How to Return or Exchange
- Email email@example.com and request a return or exchange number and exchange address within 14 days of delivery. Please include order number and the exchange or return requirements.
- Once approved, package the item and ship to the given address at your own cost. We advise using a traceable shipping method. If possible please ship using original package wrapping, to help reduce waste.
- Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5 working days of it arriving back to our office. Please note that the processing time may be delayed during public holidays and holiday periods.
- Only applies to Makins products.
- Excludes tailoring and alterations
- Garments are subject to evaluation prior to accepting repair and item must be clean.
- We cannot repair fabric flaws, piles or marked garments.
- Repairs are done by hand and may require up to 14 working days to complete.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
Here at Makins we aim to ensure the quality of all our products, every order is carefully assessed and personally wrapped to ensure correct assessment prior to delivery. However if you get an incorrect item or faulty item, please notify us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving the order.
If you believe a fault has happened with the item within 1 month, email email@example.com with images and a brief explanation of the issue so that we can work to find a resolution for you. We reserve the right to repair, or replace an item we deem to be faulty as a first resort. Please note that damage as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered as faulty. All faulty items will be subject to assessment upon return and items must be sent back clean.
